Read the Bible chronologically in 2016

Join the members of our church as we read the Bible through in 2016 chronologically. Reading the story of God's redemption of mankind in the order in which events occurred can give you a new perspective on some very familiar stories. Come by the church or call the church office at (913) 469-0100.


THE CONNECTION

Open to All Students Grades 6-12

Every Wednesday night, beginning February 3rd, students gather at Leawood Baptist Church for free food, games, music, activities and Bible teaching so that relationships are formed &people are helped by doing life together. LEAWOOD BAPTIST/INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY CHURCH

Joint Services April 17, 2016

At various times during the year, Leawood Baptist Church Invites the International Community Church to join with us in worship. International Community Church is a Russian-language church with a vibrant faith which enhances our worship. Our next combined service will be April 17, 2016. Come and join us for a service with a different flare.


PALM SUNDAY WORSHIP SERVICE

March 20th, 10:45 a.m.

Join us for our kick-off Easter Week event as we consider Jesus' entry into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday. In less than a week He would have laid down His life for His friends. What was He thinking and feeling? What significance will it have for us 2,000 years later? Join us, visitors are welcome!


GOOD FRIDAY TENEBRAE SERVICE

March 25th, 7:00 p.m.

Why is it called Good Friday when it's the day Jesus died? Because He died that we might live. Join us as we ponder the gift of God's amazing grace through the sacrificial death of His Son on the cross.


EASTER EGG HUNT

March 26, 10:00 a.m.

You, and your children, are invited to take part in the hunt for Easter Eggs on the lawn of Leawood Baptist Church. Sign in when you arrive and enjoy the hunt as well as the bounce houses and other surprises. Complete Easter baskets will be awarded during the hunt.


EASTER WORSHIP SERVICE

March 27th, 10:45 a.m.

The resurrection of Jesus is the most significant event in all of history. Join us for a moving service that explores God's vast and glorious plan to save sinners and make them His own.
