Dr. David N. Everly
Intentional Interim Pastor
Dr. Everly began his official duties as our Interim Pastor on Sunday, July 7, 2013. He received his Master of Divinity degree in 1966 and his Doctor of Ministry in 1991, both from the Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Mo.
Dr. Everly trained as an Intentional Interim Pastor at the Center for Congregational Health in 2001. Since then, he has worked as an Intentional Interim Pastor at numerous Baptist churches, the latest being Northgate Baptist Church in Kansas City, Mo., where he was their Intentional Interim Pastor from 2011-2012.
Joined in ministry together for over 45 years, Dr. Everly and his wife, Becky, live in Gladstone, Mo.
Mrs. Peggy A. Forstad
Director of Worship and Music Arts
Peggy has been with LBC since May 2010. We have not been the only ones, however, to have been blessed by her love of God and music as Peggy has also served as an Adjunct Faculty Member in the Music Department of Longview Community College and as Director of the Tower Choir Singers at the Lansing (Kan.) Correctional Facility. She received both her Master's and Bachelor of Music Education degrees from Central Missouri State University.
Peggy and her husband, Paul, make their home in Overland Park. In their moments away from work, they enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren.
Mrs. Jamie Sink

Jamie began her duties as LBC's Preschool & Parents Day Out director in August 2013, bringing with her years of expertise as a preschool teacher in a Christian environment. Jamie has been instrumental in creating and maintaining a wonderful learning atmosphere for God's children.
A graduate of Kansas State University, Jamie lives in Shawnee with her husband, Jon, to whom she's been married since 2003. They have two children, Jayden and Jonah, two dogs, two cats, and a frog.
Mrs. Jane Bartholomew
With many years of non-profit and administrative experience behind her, Jane was hired by LBC in May 2007. Her primary responsibilities include maintaining the church office, editing and publishing the weekly bulletins and monthly newsletters, updating the church database, website, and Facebook page, as well as scheduling group meetings and helping facilitate funerals. Additionally, she is a Notary Public in the state of Kansas.
Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kansas and makes her home in Overland Park with her architect husband, Richard.
Mrs. Linda Keller
Volunteer Financial Secretary
Linda has volunteered in LBC's Finance Department for many years and is currently serving on the Finance & Stewardship Committee. She brings with her years of experience as an Engineering Administrative Assistant with Massman Construction in Kansas City, Mo.
She and her husband, Charlie, have been members of LBC since 1991 and live in Kansas City, Mo.
Ms. Roxanne Adrian
Roxanne began her position as a pianist at LBC in October 2007. Her musical talents at LBC now additionally encompass the Organ and Clavinova. She attended Baptist Bible College and Southwestern Missouri State University in Springfield, where she received her Master's Degree in Music Education with Honor Diploma for Piano. For 10 years, she taught in the music department at Baptist Bible College. Following that, she was on staff of Liberty Baptist Church in Kansas City, Kansas, for 15 years.
Roxanne became a church musician at the early age of 11. In 2005, she began recording her piano hymn arrangements, produced three CDs, and has also played numerous concerts in churches. She teaches piano and music classes both in and outside of her home in the Kansas City area.
Mr. Ron Hicks
A ten-year employee of Alliance Maintenance, Ron has over 30 years of experience that he brings to LBC in his role as a day custodian, working from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. He began his tenure as our custodian on Oct. 22, 2014, and makes his home in Mission, Kansas, where he enjoys working on and collecting classic cars.
